Ubiquitous office-supplies merchant OfficeMax (Crusty forgets--is that the company with Dilbert or the one with the Richard Jenny voice-over cartoon character in their TV commercials?) has inked a deal with iPrint to offer online printing services called PrintLink@CopyMax in all of its 700-plus OfficeMax Superstores.
The deal calls for CopyMax, the OfficeMax store within a store printing operation, to offer custom printing via the Internet through a CopyMax version of iPrint's "online print center," the leading print shop environment for the Internet.
As told to the Crustmeister General, PrintLink@CopyMax allows consumers and businesses to "create, proof, and order all popular printed items like business cards, rubber stamps, labels, and invitations, even hard-to-find items like personalized Post-it Notes and bumper stickers. Available immediately and free, PrintLink@CopyMax's unique 'push button' approach makes the self-service Web site as easy to use as a bank ATM."
